1. Event Date & Description 12 Hour(s) of total shoot time (Including Pre photo Sessions\choice of 1 hr Rehers Dinner or Bach Party).

Event date (8 hours) 6.21.25 For Michael & Daisy Darter (Ceremony, Reception & Travel)

Venue : South Texas Event Center | 603 E Hondo AVE, Devine, TX 78016 (Start times and special events see section 3.7 of Terms and Conditions) 

2. Engagement/Pre Wedding Session (1Hour) USB And Adobe Lightroom Viewing Gallery for 1 year.

In Studio or On location Pre Shoot, Includes 1- 16x20 Print selected from the given proofs (See Terms and Conditions Section 4.9-12)

3. Choice of Rehearsal Dinner or Bachelorette Event coverage (1 hour ) Client has choice of Rehearsal Dinner coverage or Bachelorette Photoshoot or Bachelorette Event Coverage

4. Bridal Portrait Session (2 hours) Instudio or On Location photo shoot pre wedding.

5. Day of Wedding | Event Coverage Including Pre Wedding Includes Lay Flat set up Client Agrees to have lay flat details ready for photographer, Getting Ready portraits, Ceremony & Reception coverage, as well as Bridal Party Photos day of wedding (8 Hours of Shoot time)

6. 2-16x20 Print |Client has a choice to select a print from any of the pre shoots and a print selected from the wedding Timeline (Preshoot engagement or bridal prints can be provided prior to showcase at the wedding event) or both from the Engagement shoot or both from the wedding timeline.

7. Online Adobe Light room Gallery provided for 1 year for sharing and downloading.

8. Wedding Video | 4.5 Hour Coverage, includes mock up, Cinematographer will arrive 30-40 minutes prior to ceremony to capture needed mock ups to use for your wedding video highlight, video will be provided on a usb drive and shared VIA YouTube for family friends and social media, We do ask that you let us know if you will be doing vows during your ceremony so that our Cinematographer can provide discrete mics for video editing purposes.

9.Payment. The Parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms:

Total Fee for Services: $6,800 |$4,500 (The Exclusive Collection)

Non-Refundable Deposit Due Upon Execution of Agreement: $500 (Deposit secures date and contract)

Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Event: $4,000 (Balance can be broken up in payments if needed package needs to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to wedding)

10 . Terms and Conditions.

The Client agrees to provide a meal for the Photographer(s) & Cinematographer if the Photographer’s attendance is required for greater than five (5) hours. (Table/seat is required, Photographer(s) & Cinematographer will be allowed two breaks (at a time where no Special events are taking place) to eat and another for personal time exceeding no more than 30 mins total)

  1. The Client agrees to have a point of contact during the event for the Photographer(s) & Cinematographer that will delegate warnings of key events so Photographer(s) have time to prepare lighting and settings (i.e., cake cutting, speeches, toasts, dances etc.)

  2. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. Including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations via phone etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. (This is where Lunch dates, Zoom calls or Coffee dates come in handy!)

  3. The Photographer(s) & Cinematographer will endeavor to get candid and non candid photographs of as many guests as possible, which may be limited by guests’ cooperation in having their photo taken. 

  4. The Client agrees that the Photographer(s) & Cinematographer shall be given PRECEDENCE in taking photographs & Video over guests with cell phone cameras and other devices. The Photographer(s) cannot be held responsible for lack of photographs or poor quality of photographs if guests are interfering with the Photographer’s work. (This is where Having a closed/unplugged Ceremony for guests provides us the reign and floor to be able to work and capture greatness without interference)

  5. The Client agrees that the photographer(s) & Cinematographer cannot be held responsible for poor quality of photographs & video if photographer & Cinematographer are being rushed for pop up/unplanned events, quick photos, DJ lighting, or any additional services that have been added to the event that may cause Interference with photographer & cinematographers work.

  6. The Client acknowledges the Photographer(s) & Cinematographer may be limited in scope by rules of the location of the ceremony and/or reception. (i.e., flash photography may not be allowed within a Church or venue).

  7. The Client agrees to give The photographer(s) & Cinematographer an itinerary of their event with start times, locations, etc. No later than 2 weeks prior to their event date. (Photographer(s) will arrive at getting ready time, 30mins prior to the start of that time (EG: If the Start Time is 2:00PM, Photographer will Arrive at 1:30, and their end time would be 10PM, Cinematographer will arrive 30-40 mins Prior to the ceremony for mock ups and mic’ing for vows and their end time would be 4.5 hours after their arrival time) Photographer & Cinematographer may ask that the venue and ceremony site be absolutely clear of any guests, family, or decorators to ensure the capture of details day of the event. (Please note Additional time rates are $350 per hour and $450 for Video if needed by the client the day of, if your wanting additional time and know prior, rates may be different than day of rates)

  8. The Client is responsible for choosing the location for their pre shoot | Bridal Session | Photographers suggest list includes but not limited to Brakenridge Park, Downtown Area, The Missions, Espada Park, The Loft (In Studio) suggested location by client, Must be within the San Antonio area unless other wise discussed with photographer) .

  9. The Client is given a choice of TWO photo selection from the given proofs that best suits their event for their 2- 16x20 Portraits (Unframed) that The Photographer(s) will provide Prior to event or after the event depending on clients selection choice.

  10. The Client is responsible for arranging pick-up or Delivery of any items purchased. Photos By Jewelz | RB Filmz will not MAIL any items.

  11. The Client is responsible for any Parking, Entrance, or Photo permit fees required of the location(s).

  12. The Client is given a 10 Minute grace period to arrive at their scheduled pre session and Understands that The Photographer(s) have the right to reschedule and Cancel the Session if The client is more than 10 minutes late, The client will be charged a $150 non-refundable fee per rescheduling and cancellation.   

  13. The Client understands that there is no guaranteed amount of edited photos delivered to the client upon the finished Preshoot, and day of event Photos. All photos will be delivered digitally on a USB Flash drive and a Private Adobe Gallery, Photos can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. 

Copyright. The Photographer grants all rights of the photographs  to the Client. Client understands that Photographer(s) may use Images for Self Promotion (Social Media, Portfolio, Website Etc.). The Photographer will provide a Print and Release form for The client upon request.

Cancellation.

  1. By Client. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the event. Upon cancellation, the Client Understands that The initial Deposit is Non-Refundable, Additional payments made and monies received are also non-refundable but Transferable to any photography services the photographer provides. 

  2. By Photographer & Cinematographer . The Photographer(s) & Cinematographer may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the event. If the Photographer & Cinematographer cancels, the Photographer & Cinematographer must provide a suitable, replacement photographer & Cinematographer , subject to the Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, the Photographer & Cinematographer shall refund all monies previously paid by the Client, including the non-refundable deposit. In the event the Photographer & Cinematographer finds a suitable replacement photographer & Cinematographer, the Photographer & Cinematographer shall forward all monies already paid by the Client to the replacement photographer & cinematographer.

  3. Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful Party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

  4. Severability. In the event, any provision of this Contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Contract and all other provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable. 

  5. Legal and Binding Contract. This Contract is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Contract may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Contract.

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Contract shall be governed by the State and/or Country in which the wedding will be held. 

Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Contract represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both Parties.
